Este evento tendrá
lugar en Bruselas. Los notarios de toda Europa se reunirán junto a
oradores de alto nivel de la política nacional y europea; actores del
mundo de negocios; académicos; y profesionales jurídicos.
El Congreso se celebrará en la Plaza de la reunión del Centro de Bruselas, Bruselas, el Palacio de Congresos.
El tema del evento es "Perspectivas de la UE sobre derecho de sociedades para las pymes ".Este congreso será sin duda uno de los principales acontecimientos del Derecho de sociedades de 2011.

This prestigious event will take place in Brussels, bringing together notaries from across Europe and high-level speakers from national and European politics, actors from the business world, academics and legal practitioners, who will share their experiences. Michel Barnier, European Commissioner for the Internal Market has already confirmed his participation.
The Congress will be held in the Square Brussels Meeting Centre, Brussels’ congress hall, located at the heart of the European capital only a short walk from the main cultural and historical sites (Grand’Place, Royal Palace, etc.).
The topic of the event is ‘Perspectives of EU Company Law for SMEs’. In a context of economic crisis, the working sessions will fuel the European institutions’ discussions. The EU’s regulatory framework regarding company law is currently in a phase of radical evolution and many Community legislative initiatives are expected. This congress will undoubtedly be one of the major company law events of 2011.
